Matthijs is a nice and friendly host who responds quickly and proactively. The apartment is greatly located, by the sea and among numerous nice restaurants. The apartment is in a charming way small and functional with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. We enjoyed it.
This was the second time we stayed in this apartment, and again we enjoyed it! The apartment is incredibly clean and neatly cared for. he place is exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the balcony and the large kitchen, which fortunately already had the basics such as spices, coffee filters, oil, dishwashing and detergent, were our highlights. We had breakfast on the balcony daily. BUT in the evening the bars/clubs down on the beach were really very noisy. Of course, the host can’t do anything about it. But it’s important to know. Carvoeiro is not a quiet little coastal town. Here is a lot of tourism and a lot of noise in the evening.
Great place to stay right on the sea. The place is as in the pictures, very clean, with a nice balcony and also the bathroom is nice and clean. Communication was super fast and very friendly. We recommend the place to anyone.

We were really absolutely delighted with the great apartment. It is exactly as described. Everything was tip-top clean, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Communication with Matthjis was very good. No matter what we asked or needed, he always responded promptly. The location of the apartment is great, as you are really right in the center. Unfortunately, it is a bit noisy on the weekends as Carvoeiro is a lively place. But with the fantastic view, this is forgotten the next morning. We really recommend the apartment… really great!

We had a great stay at Mathijs’ place. In terms of location, you are perfect, within 2 minutes you are on the beach or the bustling village square. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and the space is nice and clean, with a well-functioning air conditioning. In addition, the kitchen is well equipped. Recommended!
