Cocheira Beach House 16 consists of 8 ensuite bedrooms, with a walk-in shower. The spacious living room features a very comfortable lounge sofa, a small bar and a dining table for 16 persons. The living room gives a great view of the terrace and the beautiful garden. The kitchen consists of two refrigerators, two ovens, a freezer, a wine fridge, a dishwasher and a large stove.

‘Cocheira’ means ‘carriage house’, which was the former function of this beautifully located beach house close to Praia Grande, one of the beautiful beaches of Ferragudo. The carriage house used to belong to the neighbouring Castle of Ferragudo. However, in the last century, the carriage house has been split from the castle and has gotten its own independent purpose. In 2016, the current owners started the transformation of the carriage house into a luxury villa – Cocheira Beach House. The result of this transformation is a unique beach house at just 2 minutes walking distance to the beach and 5 minutes to the centre of Ferragudo.

The luxury beach house has 4 en-suite bedrooms at the ground level, the other 4 are on the first floor.

Kitchen

You can find everything you can think of, in this well-equipped kitchen: a large induction hob, wine fridge, double hot air oven, filter and coffee cup machine. You name it, Cocheira Beach House 16 has it! The large dining table will fit you all!

The open space large lounge has ample comfy places to sit and relax, listen to the Sonos music system, or watch a movie on the large smart TV.

The large mezzanine, which functions as a relax area, shows a great view of the kitchen and the living room. The spacious entrance of the villa provides access to the mezzanine and consists of a guest bathroom. From the living room, you can access the large garden with a high diversity of fruit trees. A beautiful terrace is located on the left side of the villa.

The walled garden of the villa has private parking up to 4 cars. There is a large wooden deck with dining table, chairs, lounge area and shade, looking over the garden and private pool. For the barbecue masters, there is a large gas bbq to grill the nicest steaks and the best fish!

Eat-in and enjoy the convenience of cooking your own meal (we can arrange your private chef) or dine out at one of the typical restaurants of the village or the many other restaurants, for every budget, there is a restaurant.
