There are two serene bedrooms with luxury box-spring beds which lead from patio doors to a outdoor lounge/dining area. At the front of the apartment there is another outdoor lounge/dining area with a table and benches. The views from the front are breath-taking.
The open plan lounge dining area and kitchen are a fabulous space to relax and has sea and beach views through two large patio doors leading to a shaded balcony – a perfect place for morning coffee and to watch the early morning activity on the beach. The whole property has been thoughtfully designed to offer the maximum amount of light and space, it has been tastefully furnished. The house is equipped with electric shutters and air conditioning in the bedrooms for your comfort. The kitchen is fitted with Smeg appliances. Toiletries are supplied in the bathroom as a complimentary gift for guests.
You can enjoy the live music which is played during the summer months from the balcony!

We had an amazing stay in Carvoeiro! The apartment was fantastic—clean, comfortable and more luxurious than the photos if that’s possible! The location couldn’t have been better, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and the lively restaurant and bar area. It made it so easy to enjoy everything Carvoeiro has to offer. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway. Would definitely stay again!

I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Matthijs is an excellent, responsive host and the apartment is in a fantastic location, right near the restaurant area and looking on to a fabulous beach setting almost literally in your front yard. You feel quite special staying in this apartment.
This was one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. The best location, amazing view, not just walking distance, but steps away from the beach. We had such a great time here. Stayed here as a family of four, with two kids (2 years old and 4 years old). Loved how easy it was to get to the beach and enjoy the view while the kids napped. Matthijs was an outstanding host with great communication. We would, without question, stay at this Airbnb again if coming back to Portugal.
For a central location in Carvoeiro, you can’t ask for a better place. The apt is exactly as described and photographed and Matthjis is a wonderful host.
