There are two serene bedrooms with luxury boxspring beds which lead from patio doors to a stunning roof terrace with large top of the line jacuzzi. This area has the advantage of a triangular sun shade and a panoramic view with comfortable outdoor furniture making it the perfect place to enjoy at any time of day from sunrise to after dark.
The views from the whole apartment are simply breath-taking. The big bathroom and separate toilet are simple but beautifully designed.
The open plan lounge dining area and kitchen are a fabulous space to relax and has sea and beach views through two large patio doors leading to a shaded balcony – a perfect place for morning coffee and to watch the early morning activity on the beach. The whole property has been thoughtfully designed to offer the maximum amount of light and space, it has been tastefully furnished. The house is equipped with electric shutters and air conditioning in the bedrooms for your comfort. The kitchen is fitted with Smeg appliances. Toiletries are supplied in the bathroom as a complimentary gift for guests.
You can enjoy the live music which is played during the summer months from the balcony!

We just came back from 5 days at this wonderful place. The appartment is very well located, close to the beach and to the Carvoeiro center. The views from the terrace are amazing!
One of the most beautiful apartments we’ve rented
This is a beautiful home in a lovely village right on top of the beach with stunning views. The hot tub and terrace area is great for lunch or dinner. The location is surrounded by walking trails with breathtaking views. When we needed assistance the management was quick to respond. We will definitely be visiting again.
Just back from a lovely 5 night break. Beautiful setting and outlook Apartment clean with fabulous welcome pack including beer and wine, great welcome. Couple of issues that host dealt with immediately. looking forward to returning soon.
This flat is stunning inside, it is luxurious in the most beautiful location. You could sit on the balcony all day and people watch or head up to the roof terrace to soak up the sun or sit in the hot tub. Equally there are walks in all directions nearby or amazing restaurants which are a stone’s throw away. I would absolutely recommend Matthijs’s place and I’m pretty sure we’ll be back!
We are very happy with our stay. Very central, lovely beach and amazing natural areas to hike in. Especially liked the roof terrace and that the apartment was clean and neat.
